Centene Corporation Manager, Digital Strategies in Raleigh, North Carolina

Position Purpose: Develop and implement digital communications and strategy, and execution plans, for content of intranet, external websites and social media presence.

  • Oversee the development and maintenance of content for external websites

  • Manage content strategy team members

  • Evaluate and prepare competitive intelligence trends and analysis reports

  • Assist in development of content strategy and comprehensive guidelines

  • Manage content success via user experience and CTA performance

  • Research new digital opportunities and enhancements and recommend updates

  • Lead the creation and implementation of web and social media initiatives

  • Oversee website content, mobile optimization of national brand websites (Ambetterhealth.com and wellcare.com)

  • Partner with lines of business on priorities

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Information Systems, related field or equivalent experience. 6+ combined years of web, interactive or digital communication experience. Working knowledge of Adobe ecosystem, GA4, and other user metrics. Experience with lead gen and content strategy best practices. Previous experience as a lead in a functional area, managing cross functional teams on large scale projects or supervisory experience including hiring, training, assigning work and managing the performance of staff.

Pay Range: $84,300.00 - $151,700.00 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
